Chicken - Saltimbocca

So tonights dinner Chicken Saltimbocca from Tom Kerridge book. It was very tasty.
Todays weather was awful rain rain rain!!! So got out the wii fit and also walked with Millie around Bluewater. Hoping the weather will be better tomorrow.
