Shall I mark full house or throw to try for Yahtzee?
I love playing Yahtzee.
A really good today achieved lots and happy in my work :-)
Fabulous day in my sewing room
a)Four shirts - sleeves to be shortened
b)Two jackets - sleeves to be shortened , one simple and one btn cuff
c) re-sew buttons on Millie's jacket and finished hand stitching on my dress.
Late afternoon house chores done ....so hopefully that leaves me time for fun with Photoshop tomorrow.
Three good things today;
1. Shirt sleeve shortening went really well a job I normally hate.
2. John was really happy with the work I did re-sewing the war medals.
3. Pizza
Wonderful! If you are having fun learning Photoshop then I came across a rather in depth magazine (more like a three hundred page book!) Called "Photoshop School - The Ultimate Photoshop Guide for photographers" which takes you through the basics right up to pro stuff and creative projects plus it has a DVD with eleven hours of lessons on it, to reflect some of the stuff in the magazine. IT costs about £15 but having started reading it and watching some of the tutorials I think it is worthwhile.
@steampowered Thank you,hope you had a good day.... well may be popping over to Lakeside at the weekend as John Lewis or Currys did not have the lens in stock :-( So will pop into Tesco while over there
@steampowered Thanks I liked the Sigma lens but decided to go for the Canon as the auto focus issues with the Sigma I thought may frustrate me. Probably by the end of the evening I will order but I was looking to picking it up in store as its more fun.
