An awesome day today with hubby. Following a walk from a box of city walk in London around Hampstead Heath. First stop Starbucks for hubby to tread through and get his bearings. So latte for me hopefully that will be within my milk allowance from a choice ( slimming world) And although tempted we did not share a slice of cake. The weather was gorgeous. Had a fabulous day and fairly good with my 'diet' plan too was very tempted to order a slice of pizza each but instead had a few nibbles from hubby's slice :-) . We stopped off for a drink hubby had a beer but me just a diet coke as that has no sync whereas an apple cider has 12 syns :-(
We walked over 8 miles in total for the day. A great view of London from Parliament Hill. We enjoyed a meal at Zizz's hopefully I made good healthily choices. And ending the day §at the Arts Theatre - American Idiot. A totally awesome day.Really enjoyed Hampstead Heath and would certainly go back.
