So starting the year off good with a walk to Bluewater - even though its raining! My aims this month to complete all the rings on my Apple watch each day and lose at least a pound a week but hoping more like 2 or 3lbs. Got on the scales this morning wow I've put on way too much!!
Calorie counting going well and enjoying the foods too!
