Good news from Guys hospital, the doctor rang me and said after long discussions I do not need to have the biopsy. They are going to review again in 6 months. But she will still keep the appointment booked for the phobia of needles hopefully it will help as I need immunisations for India. Hopefully the appoiment will come through soon. So let’s wait and see it will be brilliant if I can manage to cope with injections without fear.
My trick is that I never look at the needle, I always find something to look at and I keep my eyes on it. It sounds like you have a kind, caring doctor, for her to want to help you with your fear of needles. This is a lovely capture of the snow.
