11 miles!!!! How long does that take you? It is 100/37 degrees here. I have to be finished by 8 or 8:30 each morning.

@stownsend That was 6 miles around Bluewater lakes in the morning 9:30 - 11:00, the rest of the miles was out all with my daughter. 12:00 - 5:00

@louannwarren My aim this month is to complete 150 miles for the month ( which works out 6 miles a day) For Race at you Pace medal - a site Becky passed on to me. The miles are recorded on my Apple Watch / iPhone
