Reflections

Keeping up the walking, started around the lakes then it started raining so carried on the walking inside Bluewater. Filled in the race at your pace evidence as I have done 168 miles that’s plus 18 miles. So I’m entering for 200 miles for May as hubby is in Boston for 5 days so hoping to do a few marathon walks as I want to lose at least 7lbs in May. It’s certainly keeping my weight in check! Looking forward to the weekend.

You are such a great motivator to walk. My doctor told me all I have to do is walk when I asked him for the best exercise.
