Did my blogilates in the morning, followed by a 4 mile walk around Bluewater. Omelette for lunch then did a 47 minute fast walking video. Afternoon did a bit of bullet journalling. Another very tasty meal from the Pinch off Nom book . Chicken Dopiaza with cumin potatoes.
Really enjoying this meal planning and exercise regime that I've got going at the moment. Hoping that I will reach my semi goal weight by March
