Without being able to see the wings on the side and the back, I'd say it could be but "he's" missing his black cap, so that makes me think no. The females are more olive-toned. Could be a warbler of some kind as well. No matter what kind, it's a very nice shot!
@olivetreeann Thanks, Ann! I only saw this little one from this perspective, so don't know about the back side. I'll have to do some research, I guess. :-)
@happysnaps That's what I loved about it once I saw the photo on my computer screen. Couldn't really tell as I took the photo (though a not-so-clean living room window. LOL)
