Hardworking Hubby

We finally received our first significant snowfall; thus, Ken out there using our snowblower to clear the driveway. I always pray that he doesn't fall while walking behind it, as he has needed a walker for the last several years due to weakness in his legs... Wish I were more able-bodied to help out!

Many thanks for your visits, comments, and favs. All are very much appreciated!
Great shot

Great shot and I’m sure the snowblower helps to support him

Looks like a time consuming job

Lovely blanket of snow… and prayers for no falls.

I too hope he doesn't fall, but his determination is admirable

Good for Ken, he’s game! As @thistle_01 says I think it will support him. We like taking a shopping trolley round the supermarket for the very same reason. It makes so much difference if you can lean on something. Hope he doesn’t get too cold.

Looks like hard work.

He does look determined! Hopefully the machine supports him.

That still looks like hard work... even with a snow blower. Thank goodness for Ken!

I agree with others here, Barb- that looks like hard work! Good for Ken, but I would be concerned too. But- as others have said, the snow blower probably gives him support.

As long as he takes it slow and doesn't try to break any snow blowing speed records, he should be fine- the blower does give support if you're going slowly.

Brrr. He looks like he's doing well.

@calm Thanks, Cathy, for the prayers! All went well, thank the Lord! But today we are getting a lot more snow; so this hardworking man's work is far from done!

Snow blowers are indeed hard work - maybe a youngster in the area can help ?

Maybe it will act like a walking frame, and can hang on to the handle. Of course I hope and pray he doesn't slip. Your snowblower looks a useful machine

Never saw a snow blower before, thought this was a lawn mower 🤣 A frame to lean on anyway.

We also received snow this weekend. So yesterday my husband spent sometime using our own Snowblower. Glad your husband is safe and finished okay. Pray it all works out okay for the new snow that’s arrived.

Great piece of kit fit for purpose, I only have a snow shovel, stay safe out there Barb:)

Good for Ken. I'm sure he feels good knowing he can still go out and get the job done. I agree the blower should give him good support. I understand your concern though.
