I love these two photos of my mom's mom. In the one she was obviously a very young woman and a redhead. The other is how I remember her, even though she passed away still very young and when I was only seven. By then, her hair had faded to yellow. The pretty doll is there because it has red hair, just as I imagine Grandma Vera to have had. Several more of my favorite things on display in my "office" bedroom.
