We didn't see any other wildlife while traveling quite a way down a road we had only been on for a short distance previously. We were delighted, therefore, to come across this black bear and her baby. Naturally, I took quite a few photos of them! :-) Some will probably appear here in the next few days...

Fun to see for sure- we've had a mother with four cubs in the back woods this month- three younger and one older but I didn't get a good shot of them. Good catch!
