Jasmine is our senior cat...about eight years old by our calculations. When I got her at the animal shelter the day after we moved into our home in 2017, they said she was about 14 months old. I never intended to get a long-haired cat but am so glad I chose her. She's a sweetheart!

Lovely! I think Katniss is now 9. She was a pregnant stray in March of 2016. The vet said she was a year old and her kitten was 2 weeks when I took them to the vet in April. So we celebrate her birthday on the day she came to us for help on March 12.
