Are You Journaling?

Teddy recommends keeping a journal during these days of isolation due to the coronavirus. Of course, you can photo-journal, as most of us are already doing here at 365. But it might be really therapeutic to also keep a written journal of your thoughts and feelings during this high-stress season. You might find it helps you to decompress the tension. Wishing all of you the peace of God which passes all understanding!
Sorry that Teddy is a bit unfocused today. He wasn't feeling tip top and probably needs to take his own advice here! :-)
