On Board the RMS Titanic

For the past few month The Telus World of Science has been hosting the Titanic Artifact Exhibit. The Exhibit has several actual articles that have been retrieved from the Titanic. It was an amazing to see what they had. Some of the pieces looked completely new while others were quite worn.
Some of the articles included luggage, china dishes, clothing, money and several parts of the actual ship
They did not allow you to take pictures but they did take this picture for you as a souvineer.
The exhibit ends on Monday so I was glad we had a chance to take it in.
The background is the Grand Staircase and if you look closely you can see a ghostly image of the ships captainbehind us

Looks interesting. The ghostly image is a nice touch. Halifax is planning some Titanic-related events for the 100th anniversary in April.

What a nice keepsake to have. I saw the Titanic museum and cemetery in Nova Scotia (I think it was Nova Scotia). Very interesting stuff.

That is so cool! My older son used to really be into the titanic BIG time! He wanted to go on the new Titanic ship. I'd like to take him to see a titanic museum. Looks like we'd need to head north, eh? :)
