Old Barracks by bkbinthecity

Old Barracks

So with the cold weather deciding to pay us a visit I was not going to far outside today. Therefore, I am using another shot from our trip to Cranbrook. BC. This is a shot of the wooden barracks of the North West Mounted Police at Fort Steele Heritage Village. I did buy a self-guided booklet of the Village when I was there which gives more info on the buildings in the Village but I have misplaced it somewhere so I cannot give you anymore info on it but I thought it made a nice shot for todays word being wood
Neat!

Tour guide books are my best inspiration. Some of the pictures and stories just get me going. Seeing what those photogs and writers felt, inspires to take pictures. Took shots of California Missions, specifically, La Purisima.this reminded me of her. It's nothing more than box. Nice shot
