Crossing Over

Located next to the Legislative Grounds is the High Level Bridge. It opened in 1913 as a bridge that allowed trains to cross over the top
Automobiles to cross over on the lower portion and pedestrians to cross over on the outer edges of the lower part.
Today vehicles and pedestrians continue to use it and restored streetcars use the very top where trains once crossed over
