Back in April my Uncle passed away unexpectedly. His children decided to put off a service until restrictions had been lifted.
Today we attended a memorial service for him.
He lived a very long life as he was 90 years old.
It was a beautiful service that was fitting for the man he was
The bottom picture had a few of his personal items.
A picture of the CP Rail Station representing his years on the railroad.
A model of Edmonton's LRT for the many years he worked for Edmonton Transit.
His Bible representing his personal faith in God
A calculator for the 46 years he volunteered as Church Treasurer
That's so special. Interestingly I was at a place today shooting track cars- cars designed specifically to run on railroad tracks for maintenance among other duties- and several of them were of Canadian origin and CP Rail!
