Digging Into The Archives

The other day when I posted a picture of the Alberta Hotel Bruni @bruni asked if l had a picture of the original building.
This picture shows the original wooden building attached to the brick building.
When the wooden building was destroyed in a fire it was replaced with a new brick section.
I am not sure what year this was but I am guessing late early 1900's based on some research l did.
So Bruni this is for you and anyone interested in history

A lovely shot of the original building. The rebuilt looks very close to the original, apart from missing balconies.
