O Canada 15

Day fifteen of my series on Things Canada is Known For. Sticking with a culinary theme. Today's post is on of my favorites. Butter Tarts were something my Mom used to make especially during the Christmas Holidays.
I purchased some the other day specifically for this series. Yes I had to taste one since l had bought them.

Just googled the recipe, it says to use syrup but would that have been maple syrup?? Sounds like diabetes on a plate, therefore very scrummy. Glad you suffered for your art to test the quality
