Picked the last of the cukes yesterday and pulled up the plants, made the last batch of pickles, and, if I don’t give them all away, will have many to enjoy this winter. And spring. Into next summer. Three good things:
1. I made a lot of pickles this summer
2. I gave away lot of pickles
3. Who knew a cucumber slice set on my windowsill could be so pretty?
