..... complete with Morris Dancers!
We tried not to giggle as they'd gained quite an audience, but, perhaps unfairly, neither of us have understood why this still goes on. I guess its part of British history as its been around since the 15th century, tho some things we feel, are better left behind!
My sister in law rekons they use to do battle with swords but it was outlawed by Cronwell.... Not sure about that... but morries dancers always raise a smile...
