This one is a Dunnock, until recently, it was just a sparrow to me, not having a clue about most wildlife.. its only been since feeding the birds, and having time on my hands that have taken any interest.
Photo taken through the window we took out to get a new sofa delivered (too large for the door, doh!) as they are so nervous I can never get near enough for a photo. My partner was a little concerned tho that the neighbours will get worried, me trying to hide indoors with a large zoom lens. Guess it does look a bit suss.
How funny that you should look like you're spying on the neighbours! You now have sufficient evidence, should they ask...just send them over to 365 and we'll swear that your skills with the camera are strictly for the birds!
Hey....I do the birdwatcing round here!! LOL Great shot Frieda.....I'm picturing the strange things going at yours yesterday.....they must be wondering who's moved in!? You hit the spot with your photo yesterday...well done!
This shot's great! Awesome focus. :) Cute little guy (or girl).
Hahaha, I worry about that sort of thing alllll the time!! I've been stared at several times when I'm outside taking photos - I was in my front yard (once to take photos of the moon and another time to snap a bee) and people seem to have no shame staring me down as they walk down the street, probably trying to work out what the heck I'm doing and whether it's illegal. xD I want to yell at them 'Yes, I'm on my property damnit!'
Oh yes, I have the same thoughts/worries when I am standing at my kitchen window and take photos of the sunrise.
The twitcher as an awesome touching expression on it's face, very lovely.
