Old times by blightygal

Old times

I saw this at a gatekeepers cottage near Kirkstall Abbey the other night (yes, another filler pic). It made me feel sad for my old job.

There's nothing like being unemployed and never hearing back from the photography jobs I've applied for, to firmly place the rose-tinted specs on my face.. I miss it my old job!

Note to self: Never give up a job during a recession.
Aww got quite sad at this. Sorry, a lovely evocative picture but don't need you to be down. It is hard when one is used to having productive days (however rubbish!!) to be at home trying to fill your time. Pecker up girl!!

Very mysterious pic, who would come, what would you enter if the door was answered?

Good luck with the job hunt.

You should join the Army! I hate it myself, and much prefer the idea of being a photographer, but at least it's recession-proof! Great shot! I love the dark tones, it makes me want to see the rest.

@azza_l Sorry, never replied. No, I didnt press it, should've tho! And no chance of old job back, they've got to lose 25% of their staff at the mo. I could go back to press, waiting for the phone to ring, but I'll not get back my verbal contract. Nevermind!
