Popped out today to try and catch up on photos. Went to Kirkstall Abbey to find it covered in scaffolding and tents everywhere. Spotted the daff's by the carpark tho, the first I've seen in bloom this year :-)
A typical spring day: sun, rain, sun, rain, sun combined with a stupidly stong wind.
i popped out for five mins to get a photo, it went from sunshine to cloud to lashing rain and gale force wind and back to sunny, didn't get my fingers warm though! lovely shot of the daffs, its spring nearly, the swans are a-courting!
Aaaah, Wordworth... I've been to the Lakes District where his gravestone is... had to line up to see it. Then I got a photograph of it. It was well worth the wait. And I'm glad I photographed it too.
..and the bloody wind today is silly.
