In our little corner of the world, we've experienced an unusually sunny and dry October - anyone who's lived in Vancouver will understand how amazing this is! Naturally, an 'Indian Summer' has made us want to get outdoors and enjoy the countryside as much as possible, which has inspired this week's theme 'rural'!
We love browsing through photos from all your parts of the world - from the beautiful countries in the southern hemisphere to our neighbours in North America and from cities within Europe to beach towns in Asia, plus not forgetting 365ers in Africa or South America as well. We feel so lucky to see the world through the eyes of our global community.
As much as we love city shots, this week we want to see beautiful rural landscapes and all things that are associated with the great outdoors. We're thinking close ups of your favourite flora, action shots of nearby fauna and even long exposure shots of waterfalls and river scenes!
We can't wait to see where you end up.
How to enter this week's theme
When uploading your photos use the tag section (on the edit/organise screen) and insert this week's theme tag: theme-rural.
Entry Guidelines: Photos must be your own and must have been taken and uploaded from Tuesday 23rd October until the following Sunday (6 days). 5 finalists will be chosen on the Monday evening (PST), then you get to vote for the winner.

We love how @emma78 thought outside the box, taking just water and aluminium foil (3 elements in total!) to compose a simple but stunning shot! Playing with light and depth of field, the small bubbles of water really pop and stand out in the crowd!
