Weekly Theme - Transport

Following last week's theme, seasons, we've also noticed how this time of year can tip routines upside down. For us in the north, the days are getting shorter, it's harder to wake up in the mornings and instead of walking or cycling it's too tempting to drive around in our warm, dry cars!

So this week, our theme is transport! Whether you're embarking on a special journey or on your daily commute, almost everybody relies on transport to get from A to B, and everywhere in between.

Maybe you'll have fun capturing a journey or the weird and wonderful methods of transport you spot about town. You might even find yourself featuring your dream mode of transport! From yachts to supercars and horse draw carriages to unicycles - we can't wait to see what you come up with!

How to enter this week's theme

When uploading your photos use the tag section (on the edit/organise screen) and insert this week's theme tag: theme-transport.

Entry Guidelines: Photos must be your own and must have been taken and uploaded from Monday 16th October until the following Saturday (6 days). 5 finalists will be chosen on the Sunday afternoon (PST), then you get to vote for the winner.

We love the way the light catches the ripples of the water in @stevie78's photograph, we can't help but imagine taking a stroll in the sunshine by an idyllic autumnal stream!

The dramatic waves, heavy clouds and moody weather also got us hooked in @inthecloud5's photograph. Great composition and character really makes this gloomy day stand out!
