Congress Ave bridge in Austin is home to quite a lot of bats and they come out at dusk.

I learned that it is hard to get a good photo of bat swarms. They move really fast!!

Yes, people line up every night to watch the bats leave at sunset. There were even more people on the ground where I was standing. Kayakers go out on the water, too. It's quite the Austin thing to do, seasonally.
