A sad day for democracy. Four of the 6 justices were nominated by presidents who had not won the popular vote yet nominated radical justices. I worry about our democracy. Not sure it will last.
Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (19-1392)
The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe v. Wade, 410 U. S. 113, and Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pa. v. Casey, 505 U. S. 833, are overruled; the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives. -- https://www.supremecourt.gov/
Little do they care what the consequences will be, exponential child poverty, many many deaths from botched procedures. Their base might be difficult to get to the polls now that their goal has been reached. This isn't about abortion, its about controlling women, plain and simple. God forbid we hold the ejaculators accountable.....
