@paul10 I'm trying to figure out more about the building, as there is no sign on it, so I don't know what it is. I found a photo from 2008 before the building had the mural on it which is kind of interesting: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/15869947/701-711-N-15th-Ave-Phoenix-AZ/
As far as I can tell, the building rents out as art studios now
