Tynemouth Metro Station felt very deserted tonight though and a bit like it's been forgotten about. It's one of those beautiful old stations - droves of people used to arrive here in the olden days on a GNER train, enjoying the beach resorts along the coast for their summer holidays. Now it's one of my favourite places on a weekend when it's packed with flea market and antique market stalls and swarms of people everywhere.
