@sidecar I use a programme called "Smart Photo Editor". One of the filters is called "Soft Pencil". Initially the image is monochrome with a pronounced pencil effect, but if you pull the slider back it starts to reintroduce colour and reduces the pencil effect. I find I use it a lot for architectural and flower shots when I want to bring out the texture.
