077 - Giant's Causeway

Giant's Causeway, Northern Ireland: A visit here has been on my wish list for a long time. A fascinating natural formation. Dread to think how busy it is here in the summer, bad enough today on an overcast day. Tomorrow's planned port of call at Stornoway has been diverted to Ullapool because of bad weather, so it could be an interesting nights sailing.
stunning photo. Still on my wish list

Oh, I l-o-v-e basalt landscapes, and the Giants Causeway is for sure on my bucket list. Fabulous picture of it. (BTW, there is a basalt field in Iceland, that is called Kirkjugólf, what means church floor).
