Some fun to be had when in remote(isn) parts of Papua New Guinea especially seen as everyone now has a mobile phone and even some have digital cameras, is that when the BHWG shows up and takes a few pics, the locals often want a shot or two of the white guy and his new friends.
Always obliging I am, even if that means getting a feather or two stuck in one's eye...
Lots to look at in this shot including that guy and those boots!
Reckon' my project might have one more shot left...
Love the front left guy. You look so white, but the feathers disguise you a bit. Why are you ending your project at a weird time and not your year end? What is the significance with the date? And dad gum it, I can't find my black lens doohikey thing that I wanted to try. All this time, I've had it and not used it or needed it and now that I want to try it, the darn thing is gone. I'm checking around as I remember someone picking it up for me. Shoot.
It doesn't look quite real - more like a beach party where everybody stuck everything they could find on their bodies and even stuck a feather up their nose!
@steveh - the flip flop guy looks like his legs should be splayed apart from his pose, but then you notice his leg positioning and think "is that a third leg?"
So what you going to do after your project? As you know I am off facecrap for a bit but I don't want to lose contact as you own me a beer when you get into town
You aren't wrong.....there is almost too much to look at in this one! I am almost on sensory overload! So good to see you with all your friends, well not ALL of them, but so many of your friends! Thankful for any exposure we get from you these days.
@agima - it was looking like I would be buying you that beer in mid-November, but that has fallen through until possibly May. I'll still be with @projectx until the end of the year...
@grammyn - it certainly is a sensory overload being amongst it in the flesh, what with the sounds and the odours that these guys emit...
Probably not, way to stand out in a crowd. I was way below you number wise, but then remembered my first year was it's own folder. What a dumb idea that was.
@judithdeacon - I've got a real funny one on file with me in feathers and dog's teeth....
@houdiniem - at least the beard blended in.
@blueberry1222 - Thank you Krista :)
@rmkgreene - great posing by all!
@agima - the beard opens doors of all cultures.
@amandal - all shall be revealed. Sorry about your missing hood.
@maggiemae - that would be a cracking beach party!

@chris17 - Thanks Christine :)

@fricka - Yeah, I'm not sure what happened there!
@agima - yeah because I'm real shy when it comes to handing over greens for beers?
@nataliemac - Thanks Nat.
@amandal - Not sure if its been done before?
@kittikat - almost, one or two shots to go... ;)
@amandal - I did think having each year in a different folder kinda was a waste of ace membership...
@bella_ss - I think a few of these warriors are ready for retirement by the looks of those knees!
