Blackhorse Road's black horse seemed particularly striking this morning in the sunshine. A more pleasant day weather wise, but still coolish. Busy in the office as usual. We now have a return date for our boss's phased return.
3 good things
1. The smell of roses - lots out now and I can't resist burying my nose in their soft petals. New neighbours want to get rid of their big bush as they need the path to be clear once she has her baby for the buggy. Dave has said he'll help.
2. The male fox, Foxykins, that used to visit our garden has reappeared.
3. Cavolo nero in our supper salad, surprisingly nice raw.
Nice that foxykins has returned.
