Pelicans on a mission

Spotted the pelicans sailing up the lake in St James's Park this morning - they are always such a delight. You can see the dinosaur family resemblance. https://www.royalparks.org.uk/parks/st-jamess-park/things-to-see-and-do/wildlife/pelicans

A lot of the infrastructure still up from the jubilee festivities - all being gradually dismantled. Not a long day at work as I wanted to pop along to the dance shops in Covent Garden for a new pair of dance trainers as mine are falling apart. Found exactly the right style and size in the first shop I tried, Dancia, so all good.

3 good things
1. Laptop and phone are ready for my new starter next week, a relief.
2. Covent Garden feeling like old times - busy with shoppers and lots of tourists.
3. Veg boxes - strawberries and broad bean shoots this week (a bit like pea shoots really).
