Setting off at the crossing as the lights change. Another damp day with sporadic rain and the parks were full of puddles on the way to the office.
Choir rehearsal at lunchtime, still some work to do. Sadly the concert I was going to on Thursday has been postponed because of the tube strike.
And finally, after days of rather shocking behaviour reports, twice-sacked Gavin Williamson has resigned.
3 good things
1. Lovely moment on the bridge in St James's Park when a gaggle of noisy geese flew overhead from one end of the lake to the other.
2. Have booked a day to go to Sheffield to see my member of staff face to face for the first time in ages.
3. Clear skies and a full moon (beaver moon) made the garden glow silver as I put out the kitchen waste.
Lovely to see so many cyclists - fav! Cycling seems to have become very popular in London. York is seen as a cycling city, but sadly it's in decline due to inadequate provision of cycle routes and lack of consideration from motorists on the narrow roads.
It’s great to see more cyclists
