From the bowels of the underground at Charing Cross up into Trafalgar Square.
Here for a team awayday. Not a bad day - was the smaller team rather than the bigger unit - so less formal and more relaxed. Small room though and I had to move from my original seat as felt boxed in by the big guy who sat next to me.
Lunch with Jess, Ros and other team members - a rather unimpressive burrito from a place in the Strand. Felt a bit bleurgh after especially with nibbling too many sweets and chocolates at the awayday. Quick drink in bar after with most of the team and a look-see at the Christmas market stalls outside the National Gallery.
3 good things
1. First mulled wine of the season in the bar after - even if it was a touch tepid.
2. Late start and an early finish - who doesn't love an awayday.
3. No rain.
