Working from home day before the evening's entertainment. Dave was late and only had about 20 mins to shower and get ready - he's still full of cold (not covid though). Met A, L and P at Camino in King's Cross for very delicious tapas and a Lola's Passion cocktail.
At Kings Place we found the world and his wife had turned up for Dreamer's Circus - Alistair, Jo, Kathryn and many more. Band got the most tremendous standing ovation and came out after to sign CDs.
3 good things
1. After some angst, window work starting on Tuesday with scaffolding going up - initial whinging from café owner at slight change in date seemed to dissipate.
2. Sister visited mum and was able to pick up our keys from neighbours so they could let themselves in while we were out.
3. The incredible talent of European folk musicians - they really are on another level.
