Finnish mulled wine at the Finnish Church Christmas Fair. Mum and I came back today to stock up on food as it hadn't arrived last week.
Non-working day today, swapped with Wednesday and felt very tired and almost as if I had a cold coming on but it didn't seem to. Got an Uber to the church and picked up chocolate, bread and fish, stopping for sausage and mash and open sandwiches.
Something similar in Norway, the spelling I can't remember but the pronunciation is 'gleurg'. Not a favorite of mine, but every house has its own Christmas traditions. Here it is port and Cointreau.
@blightygal just think she wanted to get away from deepest ruralest Finland (very basic upbringing - outdoor earth toilet, water from a well, another world), came here to nurse.
