Looking very cosy on a dark wet evening. Some drinkers still hanging around outside. The Speaker once had one of Westminster's famous division bells. These would ring to alert MPs that they should go back to the House to vote. Not sure if any remain in use.
In the office today and very tired as I hadn't slept well. But lots of fun once in. Work book club talking about Bernardine Evaristo's Girl Woman Other was good with more people in person as opposed to just on Teams. And after we sang at the work carol service.
After work, popped into the post office to send cards to Finland and M&S for wrapping paper. There, I was enticed by the readymade food and came away with marinated prawns, calamari and halloumi fries for a super comfort supper.
