A productive day. Went in search of large kitchen plastic boxes to stow spice jars in away from prying rodents while we try and get rid of them. Also cooked a big carrot and lentil soup for Dave's lunches.
Early supper at the restaurant - wine and pizza, very good. Bitingly cold still with light rain.
I sympathise. Last year I had to do the same, though French rats seems to prefer to feast on stock cubes. He is now an ex-rat, thankfully, caught and dispatched thanks to a glue trap.
