Not a great day. Woke up with a headache that hung around - I obviously can't even drink moderately anymore without consequences. Left me lethargic and fed up most of the day.
Got up late and after breakfast in the garden - glorious day - tried to get my head around options for our Spanish trip in the summer, but brain was very fogged. But did eventually agree on an itinerary. Booked the return flight (extortionate) and some accommodation.
Still headachey in the evening, we had a snack supper and an episode of Deadloch. Felt like a cold coming on so went to bed with Lemsip.
