Passed this Turkish bakery today and did a double-take when I saw this very traditionally dressed older woman making flatbreads or Turkish pizzas or some such in the window as people queued to buy produce. Must go in there next time - buy something and take a proper picture.
A big old wander today in the very blustery wind but luckily not as much rain as had been predicted. Was on the hunt for Dickensian odds and ends for my new year costume and came back with a relatively good haul (doilies always come in handy I find for this sort of thing).
