I have loved my 365 project, though it has frustrated me at times, and I have frustrated those I love at times by being a little too photo-obsessed. Thanks to my family for enduring.
I recently upgraded to an Ace membership, so I'll still be around, posting photos and commenting when I can, just allowing a little more space for the ebb and flow of life.
Thanks @Scrivna for starting this website. I love this community and I love daily seeing photos from all over the world.
Thanks for taking this journey with me. Blessings on you all.
this is, of course, exquisite. oddly enough, i DREAMT about what your last photo would be! And it wasn't this - haha. It was a car driving down a highway at sunset. How funny is that? I rarely remember my dreams. And there was your photo! Congratulations. I have so enjoyed your quirky and fabulous photos and comments. See you around. peace to you and yours.
It was a fantastic year for you Brad. Congrats and thanks for moments of appreciation and inspiration. Your comments have always been appreciated. I look forward to seeing your more relaxed output. :) Beautiful capture by the way!
@stepheesue - That's funny. I started my project with a sunset picture while sitting in the rain on the freeway, and I thought of ending it with a traffic shot on the freeway...but then decided to do what I usually do and track down the subject du jour. I just happened to be working in Huntington Beach again, so it was an easy run across the street to catch the sunset. :)
Congratulations Brad. Being a new 365er, I was wondering if you had any tips on getting through the year, other than the obvious one of taking your camera everywhere. What have you learned about yourself and your work over the last 365 days?
Congrats Brad. I have enjoyed your photos and comments throughout the year and I am glad to hear you'll be lurking out there somewhere in 365 land. I think I may be doing the same as I complete my 365 project in about a month. Enjoy the freedom and satisfaction of a job well done.
Congratulations on completing your project!!! I loved following you. Your kindness towards me has helped inspire me to stick it out with my own project. Thank you Brad.
Just found out about you yesterday. You have a great following and tremendous respect from the community. Wishing you continued success in your future!
Congratulations. I have been following you only for a short while ( fond you only recently) and enjoyed and loved what I saw. Will gladly brows your second year photos.
Congratulations! It's been so nice to follow you and to have "met" you through your pictures! I have enjoyed the journey....! This is a great picture to show for your last day.
Congratulations Brad. I have loved your photos with your iPhone. This shot is such a great shot to end the year. It had to be a fav for me. I am glad we will still get to see bits a pieces of your shots as the year goes continues for the rest of us. Blessings and onward!
Congratulations Brad! Thanks for all the wonderful photos you have posted, and this is a fabulous one to your project on. Glad you are still going to continue to post :)
Congratulations Brad. I've always looked forward to your captures and think of you every time I whine about all my gear I pack around. Just tonight I was packing for a trip to Tahoe and am having anxiety at the thought of just having my little P&S (It was either my camera bag or my ski gear). My project is over in about a month and I'll continue to lurk here, so glad to hear you'll be around as well. Time to celebrate Brad! You made it!
Wow, you made it!! Congrats! You were one of my first followers and it's been a joy (and a giggle) to see your photos this past year, Brad. Have fun with this next year (:
I think you've redefined what constitutes the "best" camera to have, by the way, your iPhone photos have been fabulous.
Congrats, Brad!!!! :-))) I've enjoyed your project a lot, your witty titles and clever captures! Glad you'll keep posting and commenting from time to time =) As always, mnogo dobro!!! =)
Amazing amazing amazing picture to end on!!! This is stunning. Congrats from me too for finishing your 365!!! do you think you'll do another year? eventually?
@lauren211 - I probably won't do another year of a photo a day, but I'm using the additional albums from my ace membership to continue posting shots both new and old. I have a lot of shots I love and wanted to post before, but at the end of the day I could only choose one for my 365. :)
@bradsworld - I have the same isssue. in fact, sometimes I get so busy I have to post an old photo. I'm going to keep on trucking along with another year... but I'm not going to make 365 first priority this next time around lol well.... maybe by accident ;)
I so appreciate all the comments you've left as so many have brought smiles! You're so talented, and I hope to see more of your images in the future. This one in particular is (of course) amazing.
Wow, what a gorgeous view!! I'd sure love to see that in person!
Congratulations on your 365th photo! I plan on getting an ace membership at some point too. Although I still have a ways to go and I have some blank spots, I love this project!
Totally beautiful shot to crown you achievement - CONGRATULATIONS. I am photo obsessed to the point of lunacy - but more other people's than my own, which no doubt shows :-D. However, hope you manage to get a balance with family and 365 ...do you work too?!
What a great year you have had...your photos are incredible and a true inspiration. I love that you shot it all on an iphone and I think this is the perfect 365 day shot, with the pier that you do so well in that perfect sunset :-) Hope to continue to see your work!
It is with sadness that I write this message. Due to one or more misinformed, spiteful, immature individual(s), I will no longer be posting (and will be deleting) photos on my account. Profiles are being created on this site and the person(s) responsible continue(s) to post unkind, thoughtless, ridiculous comments directed toward me on a personal level. I will never understand the mindset of people who choose to behave this way, especially those who will believe/create/say things about a person they do not even know. I apologize for posting this on your photo comments, but I could think of no other way to get a message to my ‘followers’. Posting a new photo for the day with this information would not work, since one of the fake profiles is actually still ‘following’ me. I just wanted to say I am thankful for all I have learned on this site from so many. Thank you for your comments, suggestions and support. I am glad for the opportunity to have gotten to ‘know you’ through your photos and words. What a great bunch of people in this community! This experience has been an honor and a pleasure. ~God bless you, Kris
I have enjoyed following you...and I am glad that you are staying around. You are showing me a part of the US that I may never get to see in my lifetime, so I always appreciated seeing your view of the world. Congrats on year 2 and for starting year 3.
Wow stunning shot to finish on. I have enjoyed following you and also reading your encouragement on my photos over the last year. I'll miss your daily pics, Im glad you'll still be around though....heres to an awesome year of the Water Dragon for you and your family.
LOVELY photo and a little slice of home...thanks for that, Brad. I loved reading your touching caption...makes me want to throw my arms around this dear little community and give everyone a big hug!
And what a great shot to mark the occasion..great colour! :)
Great way to end a year of photos.
I think you've redefined what constitutes the "best" camera to have, by the way, your iPhone photos have been fabulous.
Congratulations on your 365th photo! I plan on getting an ace membership at some point too. Although I still have a ways to go and I have some blank spots, I love this project!
