Not bad at all, in comparison to a public mental health clinic where I work sometimes work and there is no lobby at and only old benches in gloomy corridors.
That glass wall is pretty cool, the seating is a neat island of comfort in a sea of concrete and glass. The iPhone wide angle and great DOF is well suited to architectural digressions, nice perspective of prospective waiting area.
