swimming, dentist and dancing full fulls day. looking for something to take and just caught this. made me smile when i saw what it was, as i got back in... putting me feet up later and doing nothing!

Thanks for looking and all your comments guys...yep.they are sunflower heads..john put for the birds..but when I first saw them out the window,,I also wondered what they were..had to go out and have a close look!
