bubbles and jelly and gin

sorry for lack of commenting such a busy few days. made some jelly today. lemonade and orange and a bit of gin. i will let you know what it tastes like. it was supposed to be a low cal one from the hairy dieters cook book.. but..!

That's it Brenda tip the gin in everything! I made jelly the other day too, no gin in mine but it was very nice! The berries look quite tipsy!

When you tip the lemonade into the gelatine it really bubbles up....first time done this!

Did you use gelatine? Or is it a bought jelly that you can add these berries and the gin! Maybe you added tonic with the gin and then got this bubbling effect!

Used gelatine.lemonade and drop of orange and added gin..
Now thats an idea.tonic instead!.
