Been getting rosehips for my rosehip syrup...some so high though...took the waking stick to hook down the brances.

Rosehip syrup...takes me back to my childhood Brenda! What do you use it for? I know it's very good for you, perhaps you line those little grandchildren up & dose them all! 🤣

@happypat .small bottles...spoonful everday..as soon as have a feel of a cold i take it..have to admit we dont hardly get colda taking it..huey fearnley whiutingstall recipe.

@brennieb I must check that out as I have some of his books. Could look online too. The only trouble is where are the rose are they around hedges? hips?

Didn't realise they are so healthy. Once bought a box of rosehip tea, but I wouldn't add it to my favourites. Must try the syrup though!

What an industrious girl Brenda , and sound so good ,but I do remember vaguely that as a small child in the war years we gathered rosehips and took them to school to be collected and taken away to make syrup (for the town children !! ) ut I can not remember doing this on one year !
