Jumping for joy

Someone was giving away a big trampoline..it's been in the trailer for weeks. We put it up today ,as Huey and Martha were here all this afternoon.was big surprise.they loved it! I had a go too.

If you just 'run' on one spot on the trampoline (no bouncing) its very good exercise and safe!

Almost identical story here. Several years ago someone posted a trampoline on a local Facebook Sell & Swap, you could have it for free if you came to dismantle it yourself. Mark did and we still have the trampoline. Hours of play we have got out of it, through all the seasons. Often after school the boys go on it, almost like they are relaxing while jumping.
